Chiesi USA, Inc. Text Message Program

By signing up for the Text Message Program, you authorize Chiesi USA, Inc. to deliver messages to you with information available as part of the Chiesi Total Care(SM) Patient Support Services Program using an automatic telephone dialing system. You are not required to opt-in to the Text Message Program as a condition of enrolling in the Chiesi Total Care Patient Support Services Program.

When you opt-in to the Text Message Program, we will send you a message to confirm your signup. Message and data rates may apply. Text message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Content may not be available with all wireless providers. Chiesi USA, Inc., our service providers, and telecommunications carriers are not liable for any errors, omissions, delayed or undelivered messages.

You can cancel participation in the Text Message Program at any time. Text "STOP" in response to any text message to do so. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from Chiesi Total Care.

If you want to join the Text Message Program again, please call 1-800-784-5840 and we will send a confirmation text message to start sending messages to you again. You will be required to confirm participation upon receipt of the first text message.

If you are experiencing issues with the Text Message Program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance.

If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP". After you send the message "HELP", we will respond with instructions on how to use our service, as well as how to unsubscribe.

Chiesi USA, Inc. will not sell, share, or rent your phone number with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes without your consent.
